non-refundable registration fee is included in all registration totals
Fees may be paid
in one installment, September 1/07. Registrations will not be
accepted without full payment.
Late
registrations will pay the full fee
Once
classes commence, refunds will be given ONLY when withdrawal is due to illness
or injury
All cheques
should be made payable to Swan Studio Dance
NSF cheques are
subject to a $25.00 service charge
A 10% surcharge
will be applied to late fee payments
